Every week, I offer SlowFlow Yoga class focused on intention and anatomy. You explore your body and create softness, consciousness and freedom in your movements. We are working on the mat so that you can transfer your knowledge in your daily life off the mat.
You will discover how to safely improve your mobility thanks to movement, develop your flexibility and release physical and mental tensions all while being guided every step of the way to find the right balance between strength and flexibility. You will learn to observe your sensations and listen to them in order to connect body and mind together.
